The late actress Carrie Fisher shall be posthumously honored with a star on the Hollywood Stroll of Fame, the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce introduced Tuesday.
The icon, finest identified for her position as Princess Leia within the “Star Wars” trilogy, can have her identify memorialized on Hollywood Boulevard close to the El Capitan Theatre on Could 4, “Star Wars” Day — becoming a member of her galactic co-stars, Mark Hamill and Harrison Ford, who have already got stars on the Stroll of Fame.
“I’m completely happy so as to add that her star is just some toes away from the star of Mark Hamill and throughout the road from the star of her legendary mom Debbie Reynolds,” Stroll of Fame producer Ana Martinez mentioned in an announcement.
