President Cyril Ramaphosa has despatched his condolences to the households of those that died following a head-on collision between a bus and a truck in Limpopo yesterday.
“As compatriots, we’re deeply saddened after we expertise such a lack of life on our roads. Incidents like this impression severely on households who lose family members, as nicely survivors or witnesses who’re affected bodily or psychologically when such tragedy occurs.

It had been reported that 21 folks perished and 68 others have been injured within the accident.
The President cautioned motorists to scale back pace and train endurance on the roads.
“A second of haste or impatience can lead to a lifetime of loss and ache, and there’s no threat that’s value taking – it doesn’t matter what your expertise could also be as a driver.
“Whereas we mirror on this, our prayers exit to the households, buddies and colleagues of those that have perished in Limpopo,” President Ramaphosa stated.
On Tuesday, Limpopo MEC for Transport and Neighborhood Security, Florence Radzilani, expressed shock and disappointment on the information of the bus accident, which occurred on the N1-29 stretch, subsequent to the HF Verwoerd Tunnel.
