Los Angeles Police Division detectives are looking for a person who’s suspected of taking pictures and killing a 4-month-old pet.
The suspect, David Sumlin, 32, shot the canine close to downtown L.A. on Jan. 2 after an intense verbal alternate with the canine’s proprietor, in response to police.
The LAPD stated that Sumlin acknowledged, “It’s both you or the canine,” earlier than he held a pillow over the canine and shot two rounds into the pet. Police officers arrived on the scene and transported the canine to an area animal shelter the place it later died.
