On Saturday, October 28 at Luna Bar will probably be a spooktacular degustation dinner curated by your culinary caretaker, the 2023 Australian Resorts Affiliation Chef of the Yr Adrianne Davo. From strip loin with Vegemite, espresso sauce and pickled radish to rooster supreme that includes black rice and housemade pineapple sauce, the meals will probably be complemented by such potions because the Black Margarita, Morticia’s Elixir or Lurch’s deadly libation, a mix of Makers Mark bourbon, elderflower liqueur, grapefruit, and mint.
