The State Minister for Tourism, Wildlife and Antiquities, Martin Mugarra Bahinduka has counseled the Third Division of UPDF for flashing out armed pastoralists from Pian-Upe Sport Reserve in Nakapiripirit District, Karamoja Sub-region.
