MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — Twenty-seven highschool seniors who graduated this yr have been chosen for Underwood-Smith Educating Scholarship.
The scholarship program is designed to assist the state in it’s instructor shortages. The scholars will obtain as much as $10,000 per yr for his or her faculty training as they pursue careers as academics in West Virginia.
