The alleged perpetrator of Saturday’s mass taking pictures deliberate to proceed his assault past the Tops grocery store had he not been stopped by police, Buffalo Police Commissioner Joseph Gramaglia advised ABC Information on Monday.
“We now have uncovered info that if he escaped the [Tops] grocery store, he had plans to proceed his assault,” Gramaglia mentioned. “He had plans to proceed driving down Jefferson Ave to shoot extra black individuals … probably go to a different retailer [or] location.”
Eleven of the 13 individuals who had been shot — together with all 10 who died — are Black.
The alleged shooter was arraigned on a first-degree homicide cost hours after he was taken into custody, in response to regulation enforcement officers.
