CONCORD, Vt. (CBSDFW.COM/AP) — A person needed for sexually abusing a toddler in Texas has been apprehended in Vermont, state police mentioned on Feb. 25.
Kevin Godfrey, 43, was arrested Friday afternoon at his residence in Harmony as a fugitive from justice in Texas, which had issued a warrant for his arrest on little one intercourse abuse fees.

State police say Godfrey beforehand labored for Northeast Kingdom Human Providers as a psychological well being case employee and was embedded with the Vermont State Police on the St. Johnsbury Barracks.
The company mentioned his entry to state amenities was revoked in December after police in San Angelo, Texas reached out to Vermont State Police for help, WCAX reported. Godfrey had labored on the St. Johnsbury Barracks since December 2020.

State police say they accomplice with native psychological well being companies to put case employees in barracks to help troopers.
Godfrey is scheduled to be arraigned Monday and his bail has been set at $5,000. It couldn’t be instantly decided if he has a lawyer.
